Tim Owens edited his first national spot at the age of 19. Not necessarily a prodigy, he was simply in the right place at the right time, with the right skills. Relationships made at that point in his life shaped him into the person he is today.  For the past 13 years Tim has worked on national commercials, corporate videos, music videos, pilots, films, live TV, scripted, non-scripted, documentaries, and episodic shows . He has worked with EMMY award winning editors, Academy award winning actors, and renowned cinematographers.  Tim is passionate, creative, and a blast to work with. 

 "I gained my first love of film from my mom, I would sneak out of my bed at night and watch the classics with her, Clark Gable, Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn, Abbott and Costello, all the greats. I fell in love with the process and would dream of the day I could actually get behind a camera and create something magical."   

Tim has won 8 ROCKY MOUNTAIN EMMY AWARDS in Directing, Editing, Photography, and Short form Documentaries. He is now a registered member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and hopes to one day achieve National recognition for his work.
